 MOTIVATION SPEECH I'm going to talk about how to cope with the difficulties you encounter in life. Mr. Dean Furness comes to mind when I discuss it. Without a doubt, Mr. Dean Furness lost a leg in an accident in 2011, but I prefer to refer to him as a data analytic expert, coach, and athlete instead. He spoke about his life narrative as a speaker on the TED.com website. The primary idea of the entire narrative was that by stifling challenges, you should refrain from comparing yourself to others. He claimed that if he had been judged by others after losing his limb, he would not be where he is today. Another element in his narrative is that I was impressed. According to him, you will lose if you are depressed, believe that you are abnormal, or believe that you can complete this task more quickly and effectively than if you were in a regular circumstance. How to find sepecial characters in MS Excel

In MS-Excel find function is the most common function. But most people are don't know how to find special characters in MS Excel. Now it is very easy to just flow the following steps. 1st Step: Open the Excel file select the " home" tab and select the " find & select" icon and select "Find".  or you can use the " Ctrl + F " shortcut key on the keyboard. image 01 image 02 image 03 2nd Step: Now type Tilde (~) letter and your special character on your keyboard. ( ex: ~*, ~? etc ). If you want to find two special characters type  Tilde (~) letter and special character and again type Tilde (~) letter and special character and press " Find Next" or " Find All" button.
